Pertinace Dolcetto D'Alba DOC 750ml

The Dolcetto d'Alba is made with grapes coming from vineyards in Treiso and Alba. The vineyards have a southerly aspect and acreage of 20 hectares. This wine undergoes temperature controlled vinification for 8-10 days in steel tanks followed by a 6 month ageing period in stainless steel. A deep ruby red with violet shades and persistent fruity aromas of wild berries which are continued on the palate that is well balanced and elegant.
