Kanenas Tsipouro, a grape marc brandy with natural flavor, produced with the celebrated Greek indigenous white variety of Malagousia.

Bright on the face, with strong citrus aromas such as lemon and mandarin, violet floral aromas, and botanical hints of sage. In the mouth, it is characterized by mild alcohol, fatty body, strong taste of dried apricot and lavender. The finish is long and elegant with a strong presence of pepper.

Without the addition of sulfite, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel refrigerated tanks at a temperature of 16-18 ° C. Distillation takes place immediately after the completion of the alcoholic fermentation, in small traditional copper pots.
