Ross Hill 'Maya' Chardonnay 750ml

The Maya Chardonnay is an unoaked chardonnay which has lively melon, citrus and ripe apple flavours complimented by a refreshing zesty acid framework. Fermented in stainless steel tank with 10% in older French oak which lends depth, texture and mouthfeel without adding oak flavour. Pairs perfectly with sushi or shellfish.
