Twenty percent whole bunch was included in the ferment. Totally opaque black dark red core with a bright dark red hue. A mixture of dark plum, dark cherry and liquorice aromas are subtlety overlaid by some clove with smoky cedar and blackpepper notes ensuing. Medium bodied with a refined feel, the palate serves up spicy dark plum and liquorice flavours with an undercard of smoky vanillin cedar, earth and blackpepper.
