Chose not to add hops during the boil, instead held these back until whirlpool to get the highest concentration possible and still deliver a pretty low Ibu. Then dry hopped in tow separate doses, one early and one late. Used more than 40% oats and unmalted wheat for a velvety mouthfeel with significant haze.
