A welcoming luscious mouthfeel, helped by the full malo-lactic fermentation, but there is also a lovely composed refinement to the palate that only comes with cool years like 2020. Flavours are very much in the classic realm, with sweet lemon and pink grapefruit, with balanced intensity and subtle firm acidity driving a persistent and long finish. One of the great Chardonnay years.
